Jeroen Baats zal volgend seizoen niet langer meer de trainer/coach zijn van Targos Bevo 2. Dat maakte de Noord-Limburgers vandaag zelf bekend op hun eigen website.
Afgelopen seizoen zette Baats een knappe prestatie neer door met Bevo 2 te promoveren naar de Eredivisie. Desondanks wil de club toch opzoek gaan naar een nieuwe trainer die beter aansluit bij het team dat volgend seizoen.
“We waarderen de inzet van Jeroen in het afgelopen seizoen met een geweldige promotie met het team naar de eredivisie, desondanks denken wij dat we een andere keuze moeten maken”, volgens manager topsport heren, Danny van Katwijk.
Jeroen Baats geeft aan de ambitie te hebben gehad om graag door te willen gaan en is teleurgesteld in de keuze van de club.
