Giovanni Voskuil wordt komend seizoen trainer/coach van de mannen van AJSports/Hellas. Hij volgt het technisch duo Björn Budding/Neso Saponjic op.

Voskuil is drie jaar werkzaam geweest bij EHC uit Leidschendam-Voorburg in de tweede divisie. Hij heeft nog niet eerder op eredivisieniveau een club onder zijn hoede gehad. De 42-jarige Voskuil was werkzaam bij Saturnus, OASE, Foreholte, Velo en Atomium. Hij handbalde zelf bij Saturnus in Leiden in de eerste divisie.
Hellas is nog in een hevige strijd verwikkeld om zich te handhaven in de eredivisie. Voorzitter Anneke van Zanen-Nieberg: ,,Een ambitieuze trainer die goed bij onze club past. Met Nico Stet bij de dames hebben we onze technische staf rond.”
