Omdat de Oranjedames groepswinnaar waren geworden begonnen zij met twee bonuspunten meer aan het hoofdtoernooi. De andere twee ploegen in poule B, Noorwegen en Frankrijk speelden vanmorgen ook tegen elkaar. De Noren wonnen van Frankrijk, waardoor de Fransen net als Roemenië op nul punten blijven staan. Nederland is hierdoor al na één wedstrijd zeker van de halve finale.

Vanavond om 19:00 speelt Oranje haar laatste reguliere wedstrijd tegen Noorwegen. Het onderlinge resultaat bepaald wie van de twee het moet opnemen tegen de nummer 1 of 2 uit de andere poule.
